This report is part of the larger Nuestros Bosques initiative, led by the Hispanic Access Foundation, and brings together the voices of partner organizations that, from different perspectives, are working collaboratively to generate lasting environmental and social impact. Those interested in learning more about these advances can watch the progress report video, available both on YouTube and on Instagram.

A Collaborative Effort Built on Shared Purpose

The progress report reflects how the combination of experiences and expertise strengthens Bosque Comunitario de la Fe.

Renacer Foundation contributes through its focus on mental health and the relationship between nature and well-being, highlighting the importance of green spaces as environments that support emotional, physical, and mental healing.

Corpus Care leads community connection efforts, coordinating volunteers and partner organizations, and facilitating resident participation through events, informational outreach, and engagement activities that bring the project closer to families in Azalea Park.

Calao Corp leads the project’s communication strategy, managing social media and audiovisual documentation of each activity. Their work helps document progress, showcase the impact of Bosque Comunitario de la Fe, and expand the reach of community calls to action.

Biophilia Institute contributes from a holistic health perspective, emphasizing the relationship between nature and well-being and reinforcing the value of urban ecosystems as spaces for balance and collective care.

Christ the King Episcopal Church supports the project from its spiritual and community dimension, providing a space for gathering, reflection, and service, and reminding us that caring for creation is also an act of faith and commitment to one another.

Progress That Inspires Continued Growth

This first progress report not only presents achievements but also confirms that Bosque Comunitario de la Fe is a living project, built through the participation of residents, volunteers, allies, and organizations committed to a greener, healthier, and more resilient Azalea Park.

Join the Journey

The work continues, and there are many ways to be part of this project. Participating in community activities, supporting tree planting days, sharing information, and helping spread the word are all meaningful ways to strengthen this collective effort.
